While on-site, our experienced professionals will train as many people as desired.  Our turn-key systems can be installed, tested and running in just a few days, without disrupting office routines.

*  Software Maintenance Agreements
TDB Systems offers one, three and five-year maintenance and support contracts to all clients. Services include telephone hot-line support, software upgrades and enhancements, and source code escrowing.

 

*  Support Tracking System
All client support calls are logged in our support tracking system. All steps, procedures, progress and resolutions are entered with names, dates and time stamps. All open support items are reviewed daily and escalated as necessary.

 

*  Client Retraining
Employee turnover at client sites often results in a negative transfer of knowledge from old to new staff.  Audits of the existing systems and retraining of the new staff are services provided by TDB Systems.
