Endorser Program
The first level
of agreement is an Endorser agreement. As an Endorser, you earn
finders fees when you bring new software or services business to TDB
Systems. As an Endorser, you do not take responsibility for closing
the sales, installation or technical support.

Software Reseller
Program
As a member of
TDB Systems' reseller program, you may become certified to market,
sell, install and support in-house systems. As a Reseller, you buy TDB
Systems software licenses on margin from TDB Systems. You provide
first line installation and technical support to your customers. TDB
Systems provides second line support to you.

Private Label OEM
Program
Private Label
OEM relationship is an extension of the Software Reseller program
above. This type of agreement typically involves higher volumes of
business and higher margins. You resell TDB Systems’ software and
services under your label. You maintain account control, invoice your
customers at retail while TDB Systems provides software at low margins
and performs services in the background under your label at wholesale
prices.
